Need a hand? Email support@billery.io and tell us what you were trying to do. Include the invoice or quote number if it's about a specific document. Billery is run by one developer, and every message is read by a person.
Using Billery in ChatGPT
- Connecting: add Billery from the ChatGPT app directory, then sign in with your Billery account (or create one) and select Allow.
- What it can do: create invoices, quotes and receipts, find or add customers, list your recent documents, and share or email documents. Edit or delete documents in the Billery app.
- Disconnecting: remove Billery from your connected apps in ChatGPT's settings. To also revoke its access on our side straight away, email us.
- Wrong customer or amount: everything is created as a draft, so open the link ChatGPT gives you and edit it before sending.
Plans and billing
- Your first 3 invoices and 3 quotes are free. Pro is £10 a month for unlimited invoices and quotes.
- To change or cancel your plan, open Profile → Billing in the Billery app and choose Manage billing.
Your account
- Forgot your password: use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page.
- Deleting your account: email us from the address on your account, and we'll delete it and everything in it within 30 days.
